Create and maintain a fully functional 21st-century technology and learning center in the community of Lincoln Heights, Ohio;

Provide educational personnel, services, and equipment to the child, adult, and senior residents;

Support after school programs and tutoring, senior classes, GED preparation, multimedia audio, and visual project development, and group and collaborative learning tools, including technologies dedicated to literacy, mathematics, and science;

Enhance learning by providing access to powerful educational technology tools and digital resources, along with access to the knowledge needed to most effectively use them;

Close gaps and disparities in educational resources and opportunities and effectively address and eradicate such inequities in Lincoln Heights.
