A 3D Printing Lab

This workshop is part of the SoBA [Song, Book, Art] and STEAMSS [Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math+Social Studies] program but it is more of a technology lab. It addresses the "T" in STEM and STEAM.

Time? After-school 

Thinkercad is a free web app for 3D design, electronics, and coding. In this lab, children will:

• Learn to design a pumpkin using the Thinkercad app and MacBook laptops.

• Have a printed copy of their project to take home

• Each design will later be printed on a 3D printer

• Have a Halloween snack before going home
